Abstract

Ko govorimo o izrednem prevozu, so to največkrat razne konstrukcije, ladijski deli, električni transformatorji, trupi ali krila letal ali mobilne hiške.

Secondary title: Comparison of obtaining permits for exceptional transports in four countries
Secondary abstract: In the thesis we focused on exceptional road transport. The aim was to collect data related to obtaining the relevant permits for oversized transports four countries, and compare them with each other. We compared the temporal aspect of the obtained license, what are the requirements for obtaining and general legislation of all countries. Basically, we divide transport in classical and exceptional service. Classical transport means something classic, daily, "normal". This transport with its load does not exceed the permitted weight and dimensions. Exceptional service whereby our name suggests, it is a standout, "abnormal". It is a service, which with its load exceeds the permitted weight and size. The planning of such transport is long and requires a lot of knowledge and experience. To carry out such operations must obtain a permit for exceptional transport. When we talk about emergency transport are most often different structures, ship parts, electrical transformers, hulls or wings of airplanes or mobile homes.
