Abstract
Industrijsko razvita področja sveta se vse več poslužujejo hitre in enostavne montaže na vseh področjih. Kljub temu, da primarna usmerjenost podjetja Indop trenutno ni v veliki serializaciji izdelkov, je vseeno smiselno izdelati montažno linijo, ki lahko glede na potrebe povpraševanja konkurira ostalim proizvajalcem po svetu.
Namen magistrskega dela je bil zasnova in proučitev čim enostavnejše linije za montažo mikrokogeneracijskih enot. Oblikovali smo delovna mesta, na katerih se bodo sestavljali različni sklopi mikrokogeneracij. Delovna mesta smo opremili s potrebnim orodjem in namenskimi pripravami za lažjo montažo, na koncu pa smo jih smiselno razporedili v montažno linijo, ki bo maksimalno izkoriščena. Opisali smo osnovne značilnosti montaže in spoznali ter rešili probleme, ki so predstavljali glavne ovire pri montaži. Zadnji del raziskave smo usmerili v preračune učinkovitosti postavljene montažne linije.

Industrially developed countries of the world are more and more relying quick and easy installation in all areas. Although the primary focus of company Indop is not the big serialization of products, it makes sense to produce an assembly line, which can according to the needs compete with other manufacturers in the world.
The purpose of the master thesis was the design and examination as simple assembly line micro cogeneration units. We have created jobs, which are composed of different sets of micro cogenerations. Jobs were equipped with the necessary tools and dedicated devices for easier installation and at the end we have meaningful spread in an assembly line, which will be utilized to its maximum. We describe the basic features of assembly and learn and solve problems that constitute the main obstacles to the installation. The last part of the research we focused on efficiency calculations set assembly lines. |
