Izboljšava montaže bobnov gozdarskih vitlov

Abstract

Diploma opisuje izboljšave, ki smo jih izvedli na transportni napravi za prenašanje surovcev na delavno mesto in iz njega. Naprava je nameščena v proizvodnji liniji za izdelavo vitelskih bobnov. Opisani so problemi stare transportne priprave in potek konstruiranja nove, pojasnjene pa so tudi prednosti, ki jih zagotavlja nov pristop. S konstruiranjem smo namreč prišli do rešitev, ki omogočajo lažje, učinkovitejše in varnejše delo. Tako smo na vseh prioritetnih področjih zagotovili potrebne proizvodne standarde. Izdelava transportne priprave je temeljila na čim boljši funkcionalnosti in na čim višji ekonomičnosti izdelave. V diplomski nalogi navajamo opis montaže vitel ter podrobneje še sklop montaže bobna; prav tako pa ob koncu zajamemo rezultate celotne naloge, v kateri so opisani stroški izdelave, zmanjšanje napora delavcem, večja varnost, hitrejši proces dela ter višja kakovost izdelkov.

Secondary abstract:	Diploma describes the solutions for improvement that would be needed for the transport of blanks to it’s workplace and from it on the production line of making winching drums. It describes the problems of the old transport device and how the new device is made and explain advantages which would be an acquisition for the company. With engineering we came to solutions, that would be allowing easier more efficient and safer work. So make sure that all areas which have been a priority satisfactorily necessary manufacturing standards. Production itself conveyor device at all times based on the best possible functionality and at the highest possible economy of manufacture. In this thesis Here are a description of the winch assembly and detail a set of drum assembly; also capture the results at the end of the whole exercise, which describes the manufacturing costs, reduce the effort for workers, greater security, faster work process and higher quality products.
