diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija Organizacija in management kadrovskih in izobraževalnih procesov
Abstract
Problematika, ki ji je posvečena diplomska naloga, je vloga kadrovske funkcije pri izobraževanju in usposabljanju kadrov v Javnem zavodu RTV SLO.
Na samem začetku diplomske naloge smo prikazali nekaj teoretskih konceptov s področja kadrovske funkcije, kadrovske politike ter procesa izobraževanja.
Nadaljevali smo s predstavitvijo javnega zavoda RTV SLO in organiziranostjo Izobraževalnega središča.
V empiričnem delu smo najprej s pomočjo intervjujev znotraj kadrovske službe in izobraževalnega središča analizirali povezavo kadrovske funkcije z izobraževanjem in usposabljanjem sodelavcev RTV SLO.
Na tej osnovi smo v nadaljevanju izvedli raziskavo, s katero smo želeli ugotoviti dejanski potek in rezultate izobraževanj. Rezultati so prikazali, da so bili udeleženci izobraževanj zelo zadovoljni tako s predavatelji, kot s pridobljenim znanjem in da jim je tovrstno izobraževanje pomagali pri njihovem nadaljnjem delu.
Izkazalo se je, da bi bilo potrebno večje sodelovanje med kadrovsko službo in izobraževalnim središčem RTV SLO, saj bi bila tako vsa ponujena izobraževanja zaposlenim zastavljena preglednejše in uspešnejše, ter predvsem fokusno.

This thesis is devoted to the issue of the role of HR function in personnel education and training within the public institution of RTV Slovenia.
At the beginning of the thesis, some theoretical concepts in the field of human resources functions, HR policy and the process of education are presented.
We continue with the presentation of RTV SLO and the organization of its Educational centre.
In the empirical part we first through interviews within the HR department and educational center analyzed the link HR function with the education and training of employees RTV SLO.
On this basis, we then conducted a survey with which we wanted to determine the actual course and results of education. The results showed that participants of the training were very pleased with both instructors and the acquired knowledge, as it was very helpful for further work at RTV SLO.
It turned out that it would take greater cooperation between human resources and educational center of RTV SLO as it would be all offered education to employees pledged more transparent and efficient and above all a focus. |
