Abstract
V tej magistrski nalogi je obravnavana problematika neugodnega ustavljanja psa pri uporabi konvencionalnih raztegljivih povodcev. Specifično je obravnavan sunek sile ob ustavitvi psa in možnosti izboljšave obstoječih izdelkov. V magistrskem delu so opisane aplikacije drsečih zavor v mehanizmu raztegljivega povodca ter izbira najustreznejše. V nadaljevanju je opisano konstruiranje in dimenzioniranje izdelka z uporabo tračne zavore, ter priprava računalniškega modela z vsemi potrebnimi komponentami. Opisano je tudi oblikovanje in realistična upodobitev ohišja, s poudarkom na prepoznavnosti in funkcionalnosti.
V magistrskem delu je ugotovljeno, da konstruiran izdelek omogoča ugodnejše in udobnejše zaviranje psov, ter preprečuje sunke in njegove posledice. Oblikovno izdelek poudarja svojo funkcionalnost in se tudi vizualno razlikuje od konkurenčnih izdelkov. V prihodnje pa je smiselno preveriti možnosti o kompaktnejši izvedbi povodca in ga oblikovno še izpopolniti.

Secondary abstract: |
This thesis deals with the problem of a forceful jerk during the stopping of a dog using a conventional retractable leash. It addresses the possibilities of improving current products using sliding brakes in the retractable leash mechanism. It describes design process and the calculation of the leash, using a band brake. It also describes the process of producing a CAD assembly model, including all the necessary parts. It also addresses visual design and realistic computer generated visualization of the product, giving special attention to functionality and its distinction from other such products in the market.
In this thesis it is established that designed mechanism allows more comfortable braking and reduces jerk and its consequences. Visual design distinguishes the product and visually demonstrates leash´s functionality. In the future development the system could be made more compact and its design further improved. |
