Abstract
Na podlagi meritev in preučevanja tunelske žarilne peči, vgrajene v železarni Štore Steel, želimo izvesti analizo energetske učinkovitosti. V analizi določimo točke, v katerih predvidimo energetsko sanacijo peči, v želji po večjem izkoristku obratovanja. Predstavljene so različne možnosti, ki vodijo v večini primerov v zmanjšano porabo energenta, pri enakem energijskem vložku. Predstavljeni so gorilniki, ki so alternativa sedanjim. Temu sledi izračun izkoristka v primeru zamenjave obstoječih gorilnikov z novimi, rekuperativnimi. Prikazana je točka prevoja, to je potrebni čas za rentabilnost investicije. V drugem delu naloge je z uporabo numerične računalniške simulacije prikazano dejansko temperaturno polje znotraj delujoče peči. Glavni namen simulacije je prikazati ustreznost števila in položaja gorilnikov v peči v povezavi s temperaturami v vloženem materialu.

Reconstruction of tunnel annealing furnace |
Secondary abstract: |
Our goal is to do analyses of energetic efficiency based on measurements and research of annealing furnace mounted in company Štore Steel. Through research we set goals which will lead us through renovation of furnace itself with desire of its better efficiency. Several ways of efficiency improvement are represented which mainly lead in lowering fuel consumption with unchanged energetic input. Alternative fuel burners are represented. Efficiency between burners which are already installed and new recuperative burners is calculated. Breakeven point is shown where usage of new burners would be viable. The second part of this work is based on computer numeric simulation where we want to show temperature field in furnace while operating. The main purpose of this simulation is to show the influence of number and position of burners on temperatures in material placed in the furnace. |
