Abstract
Zavarovalništvo je gospodarska panoga, ki postaja v Republiki Sloveniji vse pomembnejša. Zaradi vse boljšega poznavanja prednosti zavarovalništva, vse več ljudi dnevno koristi zavarovalniške produkte. Zavarovalništvo v splošnem nudi in omogoča socialno ravnovesje posamezniku, ki koristi zavarovalne produkte, in družbi.
V diplomski nalogi je opredeljena pomembnost zavarovalništva kot gospodarske panoge, trženje zavarovalnih produktov in tržnih poti, ki so v zavarovalništvu v uporabi. Med njimi je klicni center, z namenom pridobivanja novih potrošnikov, med pogostejšimi načini trženja. Kaže celo, da postaja trenutno najpogostejši tržni kanal na slovenskem trgu.
V raziskavi nas je zanimala pomembnost klicnega centra pri trženju zavarovalnih produktov. Raziskava tako ugotovi, da je v zavarovalništvu pomemben telefonski kontakt s potrošnikom, saj ta vpliva na nakup zavarovalniških storitev in veča prodajo v podjetju.

Insurance is an industry which importance is on the rise. The use of insurance products is daily increasing due to broader knowledge of all the advantages of insurance, which in general offers social balance to an individual as well as the society.
The importance of insurance as an industry, marketing of insurance products and marketing channels are dealt with in my diploma. Call center is one of the main marketing strategies for obtaining more clients. We may as well claim it is becoming the most common marketing channel on the Slovenian market.
My research was focused on the importance of the call center as far as the marketing of insurance products is concerned. The results show that a telephone contact with an individual client is of high importance in the insurance industry as it influences the purchasing of insurance services and it increases the sale of a company. |
