Abstract

V magistrskem delu je predstavljen razvoj vpenjalne priprave za varjenje stranic traktorske prikolice. Razlog za izdelavo vpenjalne priprave je dolgotrajen proces predmontaže zaboja in poznejša neenakost stranic zaboja. Predstavljen je postopek modeliranja priprave s ključnimi parametri, ki vplivajo na njeno končno obliko. Priprava je zasnovana na principu modularne gradnje zaradi možnosti poznejših sprememb in dodelav. Tudi elementi in sklopi so zasnovani tako, da je njihova izdelava čim cenejša, hkrati pa še vedno dosega predpisane tolerance. Zraven tega je upoštevana maksimalna varnost, da med delom ne bi prišlo do morebitnih poškodb. Narejen je tudi napetostni in upogibni preračun za potrditev ustreznosti priprave. Proti koncu je opisana izdelava elementov ter končna montaža priprave. V zaključku pa so podani rezultati testiranja priprave in ideje za nadaljnji razvoj priprave.

Secondary title: Development of jig table for welding the side panels of the tractor trailer container
Secondary abstract: The post-graduate thesis presents the development of jig table for welding the sides of tractor trailers. The reason for making jig table is too long process of assembling the container and the sides of the container are not equal. It is presented the modelling process of jig table and the key parameters that influence its final form. Jig table is based on the principle of modular construction, due to the possibility of subsequent modifications and finishing. Elements and assemblies are designed so that their production is cheap as possible, but still achieves the prescribed tolerance. Besides that it is taken into account the maximum safety, to avoid injuries while working. It is also made the strain and bending calculations to confirm the adequacy of jig table. Towards the end is described creation of elements and final assembly of jig table. In conclusion are given the test results of jig table and ideas for further development of jig table.
