diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija Organizacija in management kadrovskih in izobraževalnih sistemov
Abstract
Stres je prisoten v vsaki organizaciji in na vsakem delovnem mestu,
sploh v današnjih časih, ko je tempo
življenja hiter, delo pa je zahtevno in
stresno.
V teoretičnem delu smo opredelili pojem stresa in temeljni model stresa,
predstavili in opisali
smo
simptome in posledice stresa. V drugem delu smo
predstavili podjetje X in opredelili njihovo organizacijs
ko strukturo. V
raziskovalnem delu diplomskega dela smo izvedli anketo, ki so jo izpolnili
zaposleni v podjetju X. Z anketo smo skušali priti do ugotovitev, kako stres vpliva
na zaposlene in na potek dela, kakšne so posledice stresa, kako to vpliva na
meds
ebojne odnose zaposlenih in na kakšen način zaposleni odpravljajo težave, ki
jim jih povzroča stres. Na podlagi analize rezultatov, ki smo jih pridobili z
anketnim vprašalnikom in na osnovi teoretičnih spoznanj, smo podali bistvene
ugotovitve. Večina zapos
lenih ocenjuje njihovo delovno mesto kot deloma stresno
oziroma nestresno. Na delu se počutijo preobremenjene in zanj porabijo več časa.
Boljša organizacija dela in več samostojnega dela vpliva na počutje zaposlenih.

The stress is present in every organization and in every
workplace, especially nowadays,when the fast pace of life,
the work is challenging and stressful.In the theoretical part we defined the concept of stress and stress basic model,we introduce and describe the symptoms and
consequences of stress.In the second part we presented the
company X and define their organizational structure.In the research part of the thesis, we conducted a survey,which was to meet the company's employees X.The survey, we tried
to draw conclusions on how stress affects the employees and
workflow,what are the consequences of stress,how it affects the interpersonal relationships of employees and how
employees fix problems that are caused by stress.Based on the analysis results,which were obtained by questionnaire
and on the basis oftheoretical knowledge,we have made significant findings.Most of the employees assess their
job as stressful and stress-free part.At work they feel overwhelmed him and spend more time.Better organization of work and more work independently affect the well-being
of employees.Motivate employees to improve their superiors praise. |
