diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija Varnost in policijsko delo
Abstract
Slovenska policija je z Zakonom o policiji, 18.7.1998, postala organ v sestavi Ministrstva za notranje zadeve Republike Slovenije. Ker ščiti ustavno ureditev in demokratični politični sistem, zagotavlja vsem prebivalcem visoko stopnjo varnosti. Slovenska policija ima več strateških ciljev in usmeritev. Njen glavni cilj pa je zagotoviti notranjo varnost v Republiki Sloveniji ter prevzeti svoj del odgovornosti globalne varnosti. Trenutno imamo v slovenski policiji zaposlenih 8300 oseb. Naloge policije so opisane v 4. Členu Zakona o nalogah in pooblastilih policije. Osnovna delovna področja policije so kriminaliteta, javni red, cestni promet, mejne zadeve in tujci ter varovanje oseb in objektov. Seveda ima policija še druga delovna področja, ta pa so našteta v diplomskem delu. V slovenski policiji imamo tristopenjsko organiziranost policije, ki se deli na generalno policijsko postajo, policijske uprave in policijske postaje. Policijo vodi generalni direktor policije gospod Marjan Fank in je za svoje delo in delo policije odgovoren ministru. V Sloveniji imamo 8 policijskih uprav, ki jih vodijo direktorji. Število policijskih postaj se z leti spreminja, so pa ustanovljene na določenem območju ali za določeno področje dela. Policijske postaje vodijo komandirji, ki za svoje delo odgovarjajo direktorju policijske uprave.
V Turčiji so bile zaradi potrebe po varnosti ustanovljene organizacije, ki so zagotavljanje mir, varnost in povrnitev vseh dobrin, ki so bile kršene. Naloge turške policije so, da varuje temeljne pravice in svoboščine posameznikov v skladu Z Ataturk načeli in reformami. V Turčiji ima policija med drugim tudi politično nalogo, in sicer zagotoviti celovitost države in ohranjanje ustavnega reda. Sposobnost policije se je zelo povečala z dvigom ravni izobrazbe in z pošiljanjem osebja na treninge v tujino. V turški policiji je po zadnjih podatkih zaposlenih 240 000 policistov. V turški policiji je zelo malo zaposlenih žensk.

With the law on Police 18.7.1998 Slovenian police became part of the ministry of internal affairs of the Republic of Slovenia. Slovenian police protects the constitutional arrangements and democratic political system it ensures all residents a high level of security. Slovenian police has several strategic objectives and policies, main objective is to ensure the internal security of the Republic of Slovenia and assume their responsibilities in global security. In the Slovenian police is current 8300 employees. The tasks of the police are described in article 4 of the law on the tasks and powers of the police. The basic police work areas are crime, public order, road transport, border issues, illegal emigrants and the protection of persons and objects. Of course the police have other areas of work that are listed in this thesis. Slovenian Police have a three-level organization, which is divided into general police station, police administration and police stations. At the moment is head of the police the general police director mr. Marjan Fank. For his work and the work of the police he is responsible to the minister of internal affairs of the Republic Slovenia. Slovenia has eight police administrations headed by directors. The number of police stations is changing over the years but they are established in a given area or for a specific field work. Police stations are led by commanders. For their police work they are responsible to the director of police administration.
In Turkey, due to the need for security where created security organizations that are providing peace, security and recover all the goods that have been violated. Tasks of the Turkish police are to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals in accordance with the Ataturk principles and reforms. In Turkey police have a political task, namely to ensure the integrity of the country and to preserve the constitutional order. The ability of the police has increased significantly by raising the level of education and sending staff on training abroad. According to the latest data the Turkish police have 240.000 employees. The Turkish police have very few female employees. |
