Abstract
Namen diplomske naloge je predstaviti, kaj je ustvarjalnost, kako se odraža pri otroku in zakaj je njen razvoj tako pomemben. Poiskali smo načine, kako jo spodbujati z raznimi tehnikami, in ugotavljali, kako velik vpliv ima vzgojitelj na otrokovo ustvarjalnost in kako jo lahko spodbuja. Uporabili smo deskriptivno metodo: pregled obstoječe literature in opisovanje dejstev brez vzorčnega razlaganja. Poleg te pa smo v praktičnem delu uporabili komparativno metodo. S skupino v vrtcu smo izvedli načrtovano spodbujanje ustvarjalnosti. Vključili smo otroke iz postojnskega vrtca, skupino Kresničke (starost: 3-4 leta). En mesec smo intenzivno likovno ustvarjali na temo zime in prazničnega časa ter otroke spodbujali k izražanju svoje ustvarjalnosti. Ugotovili smo, da se izdelki otrok od začetka do konca mesečnega opazovanja niso bistveno spremenili. Ves čas so nastajali originalni in domišljije polni izdelki. Iz tega lahko sklepamo, da bo otrok, če mu pustiš svobodo, ga z ustreznimi tehnikami spodbujaš, ne posegaš v njegovo delo in mu ponudiš dovolj različnih materialov, izrazil svojo ustvarjalnost ne glede na to, koliko časa bomo delali na tem.

The purpose of the diploma thesis is to explain what creativity is, how it reflects in a child and why its development is so important. We found ways how to promote creativity with various techniques and evaluated to what extend teachers influence childs creativity and how they can encourage it with various techniques. We used a descriptive method; review of the existing literature and fact description without sample explanation. In the practical part we pursued the comparative method. With a kindergarden group of children we pursued a planned creativity encouragement. Children aged 3-4 from group Kresničke in Postojna kindergarden were included. During the one-month period we performed intensive artistic course on the theme of winter and holidays. We encouraged the children to express their creativity. We came to a conclusion that during that time creations did not change much. The whole time original creations came up and they were full of imagination. We came to a conclusion that a child, if left free to create and encouraged with various techniques, not interfered and offered enough various materials, will express creativity no matter how long we work. |
