Abstract
V diplomski nalogi smo predstavili animacijo hoje in teka avatarja v 3D programu Cinema 4D. Definirali smo pojma animacija in avatar ter na kratko povzeli njuno zgodovino in vrste. Izpostavili smo pomembne prelomnice na področju animacije in začetek uporabe izraza avatarja. Prav tako smo podrobneje preučili človeško hojo in tek, na katerih je v naši animaciji največji poudarek. V nadaljevanju smo se lotili izdelave 3D računalniške animacije na primeru našega kratkega animiranega filma o izmišljeni računalniški igri Varuh vodnih izvirov. Predstavili smo faze predprodukcije, produkcije in postprodukcije. Opisali smo ključne korake predprodukcije, torej pripravo ideje, zgodbe, vizualnih načrtov, scenarija in snemalne knjige. Nato smo se lotili produkcije 3D računalniške animacije, katere koraki so modeliranje, okraševanje, animacija, osvetlitev, kontroliranje kamere, upodabljanje in komponiranje. Podrobneje smo opisali postopek različnih načinov izdelave animacije s ključnimi slikami.

In this diploma thesis we presented the animation of a walking and running avatar with a 3D program called Cinema 4D. We defined the terms animation and avatar, and briefly summarized their history and types. We highlighted the important milestones in the field of animation and how the term avatar was coined. We also studied walking and running of human beings in great depth, as this presents the most essential part of our animation. Furthermore, we began creating a 3D computer animation on the example of our short animated film about a fictional video game called Water springs protector. We presented the preproduction, production, and postproduction phases. We described the key steps of preproduction, which are the preparation of an idea, the story, visual plans, screenplay, and storyboard. We then started the production of our 3D computer animation, which starts with modeling, texturing, animating, lighting, conroling cameras, rendering, and compositing. More specifically, we describe the procedure of different ways of producing animations with key images. |
