Abstract

Diplomsko delo opisuje vzpostavitev delovne celice z robotom Fanuc M-1iA z namenom rešitve problema Hanojskih stolpičev. Za lažje razumevanje same robotske aplikacije, in s tem robotskega programa, smo v diplomskem delu podrobno opisali robota Fanuc M-1iA, njegove sestavne dele, koordinatne sisteme ter nasplošno opisali strojni vid in uporabljeno kamero. Prav tako smo opisali področja in načine uporabe robota Fanuc M-1iA v industriji in do določene mere opisali potek projekta pri uvedbi robota v industrijo in pri tem nastale okvirne stroške. Sama aplikacija je zahtevala met šestih igralnih kock v delovno območje, območje za metanje kock ter njihovo ponovno metanje, dokler niso vse kocke različne po velikosti. Velikost kocke simbolizira število pik na zgornji ploskvi kocke. Pogoj za začetek reševanja problema Hanojskih stolpičev je, da so vse kocke sortirane po velikosti. Proces določanja položaja posamezne kocke in števila pik na le tej smo ustvarili s programskim orodjem iRVision.

Secondary abstract: The thesis describes the set-up of a Fanuc M-1iA robot workcell designed to solve the Tower of Hanoi problem. In the thesis, we set out to describe in detail the Fanuc M-1iA, its components, coordinate systems, and provide a general description of the machine vision and the camera used, all to facilitate the understanding of the robot application and the robot programme. In addition, we defined the scope and the methods to use the Fanuc M-1iA in the industry. To a certain extent we also describe the course of the project pertaining to the implementation of the robot into industry, and give an estimate of the associated costs. The application issues a request to throw six dice into the work area, into the dice area and for re-rolling the dice until they are all different in size. The size of the dice is indicated by the number of dots on the upper face of the dice. The prerequisite for solving the Tower of Hanoi problem is that all dice are sorted by size. The process for determining the position of the individual dice and the number of dots on the dice was designed with iRVision.
