Abstract

Diplomsko delo zajema izdelavo elektro-pnevmatskega krmilja z vso centralno periferijo in pripadajočo osnovo tekočega traku, ki omogoča nadaljnjo razširitev in služi kot učni pripomoček za učenje osnov programiranja. Kot primer uporabe je prikazan postopek izgradnje makete tekočega traku s celotno pnevmatsko ter elektronsko decentralno periferijo, potrebno za izvedbo delovanja avtomatiziranega procesa sortiranja kosov različnih velikosti. V nadaljevanju je predstavljena izdelava celotne logike, potrebne za delovanje v avtomatskem režimu, ki je razvita s programskim orodjem SIEMENS S7 in teče v SIEMENS inteligenčnem vmesnem modulu IM 151-7.

Secondary abstract: The thesis includes the procedure of constructing a scaled conveyor line, with its pneumatic and electronic components, which main function is sorting the raw material pieces of different sizes, and is fully automated using an inteligent interfacemodul IM 151- 7 CPU from SIEMENS, with added input and output modules. The whole automated process and logic is written in SIEMENS programming tool SIMATIC S7.
