Abstract

V magistrskem delu je opisan postopek izbire in delovanje notranje ter zunanje prenapetostne zaščite. Podrobno je predstavljen izvor strele in ostalih prenapetosti, ki se pojavljajo v okolici ali v samih objektih. Cilj magistrske naloge je, s pomočjo simulacij v programskem paketu Matlab/Simulink, ugotoviti vpliv parametrov kabla v električnih inštalacijah, na delovanje prenapetostne zaščite. Simulacije so se izvajale za realen primer, na razdalji od transformatorske postaje do porabnika. Simulacije so bile opravljene za primere brez prenapetostne zaščite, za primere z eno vrsto prenapetostne zaščite (plinski odvodnik oz. metal-oksidni varistor) in za primer uporabe obeh prenapetostnih zaščit.

Secondary abstract: This master's thesis presents the process of selection as well as functioning of internal and external overvoltage protection. The origin of lightning and other forms of overvoltage, which are emerging in surrounding areas or within facilities themselves, are presented in detail. The purpose of this master's thesis is, with the help of simulations in programme package Matlab/Simulink, to find out the influence of cable parameters in electrical installations on the functioning of overvoltage protection. Simulations have been conducted for a real example, at a distance from the transformer station to the user. Simulations have been carried out for examples without overvoltage protection, for examples with only one kind of overvoltage protection (gas arrester or metal-oxide varistor) as well as for examples with the use of both overvoltage protections.
