Abstract

V diplomskem delu je podan razlog za nujnost uvedbe informacijskega sistema za energetski monitoring in ciljno spremljanje rabe energije v podjetju. Nov informacijski sistem nadomešča dosedanje s katerimi je bilo onemogočeno oz. oteženo izvajanje energetskega menedžmenta ter zniževanje rabe energije na enoto proizvoda in energentov. Med največje porabljene energente spada električna energija, ki je bila v preteklosti najbolj informacijsko nadzorovana glede na ostale energente. V novem informacijskem sistemu se vsi energenti avtomatsko zajemajo iz večine obstoječih merilnih mest v podjetju. Opisana je izgradnja sistema od začetne faze pa do končnega uvajanja uporabnikov za uporabo informacijskega sistema. Predstavljen je tudi primer proizvodnje komprimiranega zraka v obdobju enega leta in vidne rezultate energetske učinkovitosti. Z uvedbo in intenzivno uporabo novega informacijskega sistema za energetski monitoring, se bo bistveno pripomoglo k učinkovitejši rabi energije in s tem nižjimi stroški za obratovanje ter proizvodnjo aluminija.

Secondary abstract: This thesis describes the reason for the necessity of introducing an information system for energy monitoring and targeted monitoring of energy use in the company. The new information system replacing the current which has been prevented or difficulty in the implementation of energy mangement and in particular the reduction of energy consumption per unit of output and energy. Some of the most imformation controlled with respect to odher energy from most of the existing monitoring sites in the company. Described the construction of the system from the initial phases to the final deployment of users forthe use of the information system. Featured is also an example of the production of compressed air and for a period of one year and visible results in energy efficiency. With theintroduction and intensive use of the new information system for energy monitoring, will substantially contribute to the efficient use of energy and thus iower costs for operation and production of aluminium.
