Abstract

Diplomsko delo obsega raziskavo s področja ergonomije in ureditve delovnega mesta v proizvodnji hladilnih aparatov v podjetju Gorenje, d. d., z metodama OWAS in GA-KA-99. Glavni namen je z omenjenima metodama analizirati delovno mesto in pomanjkljivosti ter jih z izboljšavo odpraviti. Na ta način se izboljša zdravje in učinkovitost delavcev na obravnavanem delovnem mestu. Izvedena je bila analiza gibov pri opravljanju dela na delovnem mestu »opremljanje vrat«, ki je bilo predhodno urejeno univerzalno in ni omogočalo prilagoditve dela glede na višino delavca. Rezultati so pokazali, da je obravnavano delovno mesto treba prilagoditi zahtevam delovnega procesa, da bo primerno za zaposlene glede na njihovo višino.

Secondary abstract: The thesis comprises the research in the field of ergonomics and arrangement of workplace in the production of fridge-freezing appliances in the company Gorenje d.d. by means of the methods OWAS and GA-KA-99. The main purpose is to analyse the workplace and its imperfections by means of these methods and improve it by elimination of those imperfections. In this way the health and the efficiency of workers on the relevant workplace shall be improved. An analysis of movements which are used during carrying out the work on the workplace EQUIPPING THE DOOR has been made. Previously, this workplace has been arranged universally and didn’t allow adjusting of work movements according to the worker’s height. The results have shown that the mentioned workplace shall be adapted to the requirements of the working process in order to make it suitable for workers with regard to their height.
