Abstract

Secondary title: Introduction of electronic commerce in the selected company Špica International d.o.o.
Secondary abstract: It is not a question if companies will start using electronic commerce, but how will they implement it most efficiently. The infrastructure of electronic commerce is necessary if a company wants to keep itself afloat on the market, even more so if they want to implement their competitive advantages. Electronic commerce is becoming a part of "normal" commerce and is to become just a part of the business platform by the end of the decade. Changes in business operations require inside reorganisation, as well as becoming outwards oriented, firstly towards their clients and also towards their business partners. Companies need to follow trends in economy, take into account their country's legislation, which makes internal changes a necessity. Most companies were compelled to use electronic invoices when the Act concerning the management of payment services for budget users was introduced. This is a very good start of implementing unified electronic channels in the country.
