Abstract

Cilj diplomske naloge je proučiti možnosti integracije obstoječih sistemov in vzpostaviti povezavo za poenoteno izmenjavo podatkov med dokumentnim sistemom ODOS in sistemom GIS. Uporabniku bo delo olajšano, saj bo z omenjeno povezavo porabil manj časa za pristop, vodenje evidenc nepremičnin ter analizo teh podatkov. V diplomskem delu so najprej predstavljeni ponudniki GIS aplikacij za izvedbo povezave, nato arhitektura SOAP za spletne storitve. V nadaljevanju so opisane spletne storitve sistema ODOS za povezovanje s sistemi GIS in njihove storitve. Osrednji del diplomske naloge je standardna rešitev spletne storitve za uporabo GIS aplikacij za občinske zadeve z vsemi možnimi ponudniki. Informatiziran sistem avtomatike bo tako zmanjšal število napak. S tem bo delo bolj natančno in pregledno.

Secondary title: Universal integration of a document management system and GIS system
Secondary abstract: The aim of the diploma thesis is to study the possibilities of the integration of existing systems and to establish a connection for a unified data exchange between document systems ODOS and GIS. Mentioned would contribute to easier and more time efficient use of systems, record keepings and analysis of these data. In the begging of the diploma thesis there are presented providers of GIS applications for the connection implementation, followed by the description of the SOAP web services architecture. Furthermore, there are presented ODOS web services which are needed for the connection with GIS systems and their services. The main part of the thesis is the description of the standard web services solution, which is to be used with all potential providers of GIS applications for municipal affairs. Computerized automation system would reduce the number of errors. Also, due to mentioned, system would work more accurately and transparently.
