Abstract

V magistrski nalogi je v ospredju opis razvoj sistema za ugotavljanje kakovosti orodja pri procesu preoblikovanja pločevine. Opisane so metode in komponente potrebne za izdelavo nadzornega sistema. Opisan je sistem, ki deluje na osnovi akustične emisije. Signal iz piezoelektričnega senzorja smo analizirali s pomočjo diskretne valčne transformacije. Podatke smo zajemali z Arduino razvojno ploščo in jih preko serijske povezave pošiljali prenosnemu računalniku. Uporabljena sta bila programska paketa LabVIEW in Matlab za analizo signala. Ugotovili smo, da s predstavljenim pristopom lahko zaznamo napake v orodju.

Secondary title: QUALITY ASSESSEMENT OF SHEET METAL FORMING TOOLS USING WAVELET TRANSFORM
Secondary abstract: This thesis presents a development of a tool for quality assessment sheet metal forming process. Methods and components necessary for the development of the system are described. The system, which worked on a sound principle was not able to recognize faults on used tools, and therefore, we proposed a new sensor using piezo electrical principle. The development of acoustic emission sensor and a tool for quality assessment are presented. Acoustic emission was realized using discrete wavelet transform. The data were acquired using Arduino development board and were sent over a serial communication interface to a PC computer, where LabVIEW and Matlab were used for analyzing acquired signals. The proposed approch is able to detect faults of the sheet metal forming tools.
