Abstract

V diplomskem delu je predstavljena rekonstrukcija dodajalnika na stiskalnici 28 MN v podjetju Impol v Slovenski Bistrici, v proizvodnem procesu profili, s katero želimo doseči skrajšanje mrtvega časa. Za doseganje večje konkurenčnosti na trgu sta izjemnega pomena kakovost izdelkov in pa produktivnost. Za izpolnjevanje zgoraj navedenih ciljev podjetje pogosto investira v prenovo, oziroma nadgradnjo strojev. Da bi povečali produktivnost moramo ta mrtvi čas skrajšati, kar pa ni tako enostavno, saj je sam proces stiskanja že sedaj do potankosti optimiziran. Po analizi na stiskalnici 28MN smo ugotovili, da imamo največ pomanjkljivosti na dodajalniku okroglic. Zato smo se odločili, da na čeuljusti dodajalnika dodamo, namenske valje, ki bodo občutno, gledano skozi celotno leto, skrajšal mrtvi čas.

Secondary abstract: This thesis presents a reconstruction of the feeder on 28 MN press in the company Impol in Slovenska Bistrica, in the production process profiles, with which we want to achieve reduction of dead time. In order to achieve greater competitiveness in the market are crucial product quality and productivity was affected. In order to meet the above objectives firm often invests in the renovation and upgrading of machinery. In order to increase productivity, we must reduce the dead time, which is not so easy, because the very process of compression are already optimized to perfection. After analysis on the 28 MN press, we found that we have the most shortcomings in the feeder logs. Therefore, we decided to add on feeder logs, smart cylinders, which will significantly, viewed throughout the year, reduced the dead time.
