Abstract

V serijski proizvodnji za avtomobilsko industrijo so glede kakovosti izdelkov visoki standardi. Zato je potrebna 100 % kontrola vseh kosov preden pridejo do kupca. Če se pregledujejo ročno, s pomočjo mehanskih šablon, je to zamudno in počasno delo. Zato je bila za kontrolo enega takega kosa, natančneje puše za podvozje avtomobila, izdelana merilna naprava za avtomatizirano kontrolo. Zasnovana je bila tako, da se polovico meritev opravlja s pomočjo spletne kamere, ki izvaja vizualno kontrolo dimenzij. Program in uporabniški vmesnik smo izdelali v LabViewu. Drugo polovico meritev opravljajo merilna tipala, ki jih krmili PLK S7 1212c. Program je bil spisan v TIA Portal programskem okolju.

Secondary title: THE DEVICE FOR AUTOMATED CONTROL OF BUSHES
Secondary abstract: In serial production for the automotive industry are high standards for quality of products. Every piece has to go through 100% control, before reaching the customer. In case of manual checking, it is very time-consuming. In order to control such piece, more specifically the bush for car chassis, was designed a measuring device for automated control. It was designed from two parts. First part makes measurements with web camera, taking visual inspections of dimensions. The program and user interface for this, were designed in LabView. The second part of measurements was performed by measuring sensor that was controlled by PLC S7 1212c. Program for it, was written in the TIA Portal.
