Abstract

Vzdrževanje linije za litje hlebčkov je eden izmed segmentov proizvodnje polizdelkov iz aluminija, ki pa med rednim delovanjem pokaže določene pomanjkljivosti glede organiziranosti in izvajanja preventivnih pregledov ter beleženja rednih in izrednih vzdrževalnih dogodkov v proizvodnji. Pri analiziranju dosedanjega poteka vzdrževanja smo se osredotočili na analiziranje interventnih posegov, ki pa jih bomo poskušali z uvajanjem FMEA analize in z vpeljevanjem novega poročilnega sistema zmanjšati od 10 do 15 % glede na stanje pred našim delom. Odgovornim osebam v podjetju bomo glede na rezultate naše analize predlagali posodobitev sistema vzdrževanja ter beleženja vseh vzdrževalnih dogodkov v poročilni sistem. Tako bomo prišli do željenih rezultatov izboljšanja sistema vzdrževanja na liniji za litje hlebčkov.

Secondary abstract:	Maintenance of the ingots casting line is one of the segments of the production of semi-finished aluminium products that during regular operation shows certain deficiencies in the structure and implementation of preventive examinations and in recording of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance occurrences in production. While analyzing the current maintenance we focused on the analysis of emergency interventions that we will try to reduce by 10 to 15% with the implementation of FMEA analysis and by introducing new reporting system. According to the results of our analysis we will propose to the responsible the modernization of the system of maintenance and recording of all maintenance occurrences in reporting system. So we will achieve the desired results, improving of the maintenance system on the ingots casting line.
