diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija Organizacija in management poslovnih in delovnih sistemov
Abstract
V današnjem času si podjetja in organizacije ne morejo več privoščiti le vlaganja v same produkte, storitve in tehnologijo. Velik prispevek h konkurenčnosti ostalim podjetjem je vlaganje v svoje zaposlene. Največji prispevek, kar lahko podjetje da svojim zaposlenim, je vložek v njihovo znanje. Nenehno usposabljanje in izpopolnjevanje da zaposlenim ustrezno znanje, ki jim pomaga, da se znajo hitro prilagoditi novim izzivom, najti rešitve pri problemih, ki jim jih njihova delovna mesta prinesejo, in tako prispevati k boljši produktivnosti in konkurenčnosti organizacije.
Prvi del diplomskega dela zajema teoretični del, kjer smo naprej predstavili teoretične osnove, ki opisujejo izobraževanje, kakovost izobraževanj ter motivacijo za izobraževanja. Na kratko smo predstavili tudi zavod, njihovo organizacijo ter trenutno stanje izobraževanj.
Drugi del diplomskega dela zajema empirični del, kjer smo izvedli raziskavo s pomočjo ankete in analizirali rezultate, katere smo pridobili v vrtcu. Zanimalo nas je, kakšno je trenutno stanje v vrtcu z izobraževanji, kaj zaposlene motivira za udeležbo in kakšno je zadovoljstvo zaposlenih z njimi. Z analizo ankete smo odkrili, da so zaposleni le delno zadovoljni z izobraževanji. Kateri so tisti glavni razlogi za slabše zadovoljstvo zaposlenih z izobraževanji, pa smo natančneje opisali v samem zaključku skupaj s predlogi za izboljšavo

Today’s companies and organizations can no longer afford to invest just in the products, services and technology. A large contribution to the competitiveness is to invest in their employees. The biggest contribution which they can give them is to invest in their knowledge. Constant training and improvement gives employees’ appropriate knowledge, which helps them to know how to adjust quickly to new challenges and find the solutions to the problems connect with their work places which is the way how to improve productivity and competitive position of their organization.
The first part of my diploma covers the theoretical part, where we present the theoretical foundation, which describes the education, the quality of education and motivation for education. We also present the institution itself, their organization and the current state of education.
The second part of my diploma is the empirical part, where we have made an investigation among the employees with a help of the surveys and then analysed results which we acquired in the preschool. We were wondering, what´s the current situation in the kindergarten with the tutoring, what motivates employees to participate and what employees’ satisfaction with them. An analysis of the surveys we discovered that employees are only partially satisfied with the training. What are the main reasons for the worse employee satisfaction with the training we have described in the conclusion, together with suggestions for improvement. |
