Abstract

Samo zadovoljni zaposleni lahko pripomorejo k uspehu podjetja. Zadovoljstvo občuti vsak posameznik zase, saj različni dejavniki zadovoljstva različno vplivajo na vsakega posameznika. Dejavnikov zadovoljstva je veliko: vpliv medsebojnih odnosov, organizacijska klima in kultura, komunikacija, motivacija, način vodenja. Najpomembnejši motivacijski dejavnik je denar (plača), ki pa je lahko negativen dejavnik zadovoljstva – če je plačilo prenizko, so zaposleni nezadovoljni in demotivirani za delo. Zadovoljstvo zaposlenih pri delu smo preverjali s pomočjo ankete, ki smo jo izvedli v IZC Aurora v Starem selu pri Kobaridu. Anketa je bila anonimna, sestavljena iz vprašanj z vnaprej pripravljenimi odgovori. Z zainteresiranimi zaposlenimi smo se tudi dodatno pogovorili. Medsebojni odnosi med zaposlenimi so dobri, med seboj se dobro razumejo in sodelujejo, do konfliktov prihaja zaradi neažurnih in pomanjkljivih informacij s strani vodilnih. Pri delu prihaja do monotonije. Zaposleni so velikokrat utrujeni zaradi večizmenskih urnikov, nekateri so zaradi dela večkrat po stresom. Zaposleni radi prihajajo v službo, kljub temu da jih velika večina pomisli, da bi si poiskali drugo delo.

Secondary abstract: Only employees that are satisfied can contribute to the sucess of a company. Each employee experiences satisfaction individualy, because satisfaction factors influence each person differently. There are many known factors determening satisfaction in the working environment: Organisational climate and culture, communication, motivation and leadership style. The most important motivation factor is payment which can also be a negative, demotivating factor when the payment is too low. Employee Satisfaction in E.C. Aurora has been studied by anonimous questionaire with in advance prepared questions. Also the employees that showed interest in the subject had a possibility to further discuss the topic. The results show good interpersonal relationships and preparedness to cooperate among the employees. Interpersonal relationships among employees are good and employees cooperate between each other. The main source of conflicts are incomplete and outdated information recieved from the management. Also work is often monotonous and employees are frequently tired as they have to work in several shifts. Because of that some employees frequently experinece stress. Employees gladly come to work even if a large mayority of them considers finding another employment.The main problems that employes face at their workplace are: monotonous work, work in different shifts which is tireing, stress at workBecause od the mentioned shortcomings employes frequently consider a job change, but at the same time they still come to work with considrable enthusiasm.
