Abstract

Diplomsko delo predstavlja problematiko upravljanja z dokumenti v malem podjetju ter uvedbo celovite rešitve za podpisovanje delovnih nalogov in uvedbo dokumentnega sistema Therefore v manjšem podjetju Medic sistemi, d. o. o. Končna rešitev problema temelji na programski opremi Therefore v kombinaciji s programsko rešitvijo DotBusiness, ki je rezultat lastnega razvoja, in programsko rešitvijo SignoSign nemškega podjetja Signotec, ki nam omogoča integracijo elektronskega podpisa. Večji del diplomskega dela je osredotočen na implementacijo in konfiguracijo procesa podpisovanja dokumentov in dokumentacijo samega procesa. V prototipni rešitvi podpisovanja dokumentov so prikazane tudi slike, ki nazorno prikazujejo določene korake v samem procesu podpisovanja delovnega naloga. Predstavljen je celoten postopek od izdelave delovnega naloga do podpisovanja, avtomatične indeksacije in proženja delovnega toka potrjevanja dokumenta.

Secondary abstract: The thesis presents the problem of document management in a small company and the introduction of a comprehensive solution for signing work orders, and at the same time introduction of the Therefore document management system in a small company Medic sistemi Ltd. is described. The solution is based on the software Therefore, in combination with its own app dotBusiness and software solution Signosign that enable the integration of electronic signature. A major part of the thesis is focused on the implementation, configuration and documentation of the process. There are a lot of pictures attached that illustrate the specific steps in the process of signing a work order. The entire process from manufacturing work order to the signing, automatic indexation and trigger workflow and individual steps in the workflow are presented.
