Abstract

V magistrskem delu z naslovom Integracija mobilnega poslovanja z obstoječim ERP sistemom v podjetju Mariborski vodovod smo reševali problematiko delovnih nalogov in izrednih dogodkov, ki se kaže v neprilagojenem sistemu za delo na terenu in ne izkorišča možnosti pametnih mobilnih naprav. S preučitvijo obstoječega sistema, z uporabo IKT-tehnologij, z vključevanjem mobilne aplikacije z nekaj prilagoditvami in integracijo v obstoječ sistem smo zadostili poslovnim potrebam podjetja in sistem prilagodili delu na terenu. Predlagana rešitev z mobilno funkcionalnostjo optimizira poslovni proces, izboljša dokumentiranost omrežja, zmanjšuje papirno poslovanje in dosega boljšo informiranost terenskih delavcev.

Secondary abstract:	In the Master’s thesis entitled Integration of mobile business with existing ERP system in company Mariborski vodovod we solved the issue of work orders and incidents, which manifests in an unadjusted system for field work and does not exploit the possibilities of smart mobile devices. By analyzing the existing system, using ICT-technologies, integrating a mobile application with some adjustments and integrating it into the existing system we met the business needs of the company and adjusted the system for field work. The suggested solution optimizes the business process with mobile functionality, improves the network documentation, decreases paper operations and provides better informing of field workers.
