Abstract

Cilj magistrskega dela je, z razvojem in izdelavo prijemala za linearni servo robot na stroju za brizganje plastike, avtomatizirati postopek pakiranja končnih izdelkov v zaboje. Za dosego cilja je bil izdelan program za vodenje linearnega kartezičnega robota Wemo in opisano njegovo delovanje. Natančno je opisan tudi postopek injekcijskega brizganja plastike in robotska celica s pripadajočimi stroji in opremo. S pomočjo nakupa vzorčne embalaže je bil opravljen tudi preizkus delovanja, predstavljeni eksperimentalni rezultati ter ocenjen letni prihranek.

Secondary abstract: A goal of this master degree work is to automate the packaging process of plastic parts with development and production of gripper for linear servo robot on injection moulding machine. To achieve this goal a program to guide the linear cartesic robot was made and described how it works. The process of injection moulding and robot cell with associated machines and equipment are described in the details. With the help of packaging samples the operational test was made, presentation of experimental results was done and estimated annual savings were calculated.
