Abstract
V diplomskem delu je predstavljena funkcionalna izboljšava sistemov za spremljanje porabe mobilnega interneta v realnem času na strani mobilnega operaterja. Opisana rešitev odpravi slabost obstoječih sistemov in s tem zagotovi bolj natančen prikaz porabe mobilnega interneta.
Za uspešno implementacijo izboljšave je treba upoštevati informacije o porabi, ki so namenjene nepovezanemu sistemu za zaračunavanje. S tem zagotovimo, da ne prihaja do razlik med obema sistemoma. V delu so opisane tehnologije mobilnega interneta na trgu, način zajema informacije o porabi, sistem za zaračunavanje in sistem za prikaz porabe v realnem času. Za boljše razumevanje rešitve in potrebe po njej so zajem informacij in težave nepovezanega sistema za zaračunavanje opisani bolj podrobno.

Secondary abstract: |
The thesis presents a functional improvement of systems for real time monitoring of mobile internet usage by the mobile operator. The proposed solution eliminates the weakness of existing systems, and thus ensures a more accurate measurement of mobile internet usage.
In order to successfully implement improvement, one needs to take into account the usage data intended for the offline billing system. This way there will not be any differences between the two systems. The thesis includes descriptions of mobile internet technologies on the market, the manner in which usage data is acquired, the billing system and the system for measuring usage in real time. In order to get a better understanding of the solution and the need for it, data acquisition and issues of the offline billing system are described in more detail. |
