Abstract

V diplomski nalogi so predstavljene potrebe konkretnega slovenskega podjetja po informacijskih rešitvah ter razvoj spletne aplikacije oziroma spletne trgovine, ki zadovoljuje te potrebe in lajša komunikacijo med strankami in dotičnim podjetjem. Podrobno so opisane uporabljene tehnologije ter potek izdelave spletne aplikacije. V prvem delu diplomskega dela je predstavljeno samo podjetje, predvsem obstoječ informacijski sistem, s katerim se bo povezovala spletna aplikacija. Predstavljeni so tudi podobni ERP informacijski sistemi. V naslednjem delu so predstavljene zahteve in namen, ki naj jih izpolni spletna aplikacija. Predstavljena je tudi B2B (Business to Business) marketinška strategija podjetja. Glavni del diplomskega dela zajema opredelitev uporabljenih razvojnih tehnologij ter njihovo uporabo pri razvoju spletne aplikacije. Podrobno je opisan razvoj aplikacije in uporaba večnivojske arhitekture za čim bolj prilagodljivo, pregledno in zlahka nadgradljivo izvorno kodo aplikacije. Predstavljene so uporabljene knjižnice ter druga orodja, s katerimi je bila implementirana rešitev, vse od zasnove podatkovne baze, objektnega modela, do uporabniškega vmesnika in s tem celovite programske rešitve. Zadnji del vsebuje zaključek, ki opisuje implementirano spletno aplikacijo in splošno zadovoljstvo podjetja ter njegovih strank. Pri ocenjevanju spletne aplikacije smo se osredotočili predvsem na izpolnitev ciljev in zahtev podjetja, ki jih mora zadovoljiti končni izdelek. Navedene so tudi nekatere nenačrtovane nadgradnje sistema, ki bi jih podjetje želelo implementirati v prihodnosti.

Secondary abstract: The thesis presents the needs of a specific Slovenian company for IT solutions and development of a web application or web store which meets those needs and eases the communication between customers and the company. The technologies used and the procedure of creating a web application are described in detail. The first part of the thesis presents the company itself, particularly the existing IT system to which the web application will be connecting. ERP systems are also presented in detail. The next part presents the purpose and the requirements which the web application should meet. The B2B (Business to Business) marketing strategy of the company is also presented. The main part of the thesis defines the developmental technologies used and their use in the development of web application. The development of the application and the use of multi-level architecture for adaptive, transparent, and easily upgradeable source code of the application are described in detail. The libraries and other tools which were used to implement the solution are presented; from database design, object model, to user interface and complete programme solution. The last part contains the conclusion which describes the evaluation of the new web application and general satisfaction of the company and its customers. In the evaluation of the web application, we mostly focused on meeting the goals and requirements of the company which the final product should fulfil. Some unplanned system upgrades, which the company would want to implement in the future, are also described.
