Secondary abstract: Images are made every day to keep memories, moments and share things we like. Individuals need to edit, change or add an artistic touch to a photo many times, but they can't seem to find an image editing application in order to do it. A web based image editing application was created for that purpose so that we can use it on any computer in order to quickly and effectively edit photos. The thesis describes the implementation of a web based image editing application with technology WebGL, which was used for better and faster image processing. The main topic of the paper describes the creation of a simple library for easier interaction with WebGL, which serves as a base for implementing the main part of the application. After basics are covered, the application architecture and data structures are described and the tools that manipulate those data structures are presented. With the help of implemented tools the user can change and edit images inside the browser.
