Izboljšava kakovosti procesa proizvodnje v podjetju Grieshaber Logistika d.o.o.

Abstract

V diplomskem delu je predstavljeno delovno mesto Contact, ki je del podjetja Grieshaber Logistika d.o.o. Na tem delovnem mestu se pojavlja čakanje in s tem nekoristen čas. Kjer je nekoristen čas, so tudi višji stroški, zato smo s pomočjo procesne karte in vzročno-posledičnega diagrama uspeli najti vzroke za nastajanje nekoristnega časa in jih raziskati. Našli smo primerne rešitve za nastale probleme, jih predstavili in ugotovili njihovo začetno investicijo. Za zaključek smo izračunali, v kolikšnem času bi se investicija povrnila, kakšni so učinki sprememb in kakšni pogoji za uvedbo. S predlaganimi rešitvami želimo nekoristen čas zmanjšati na minimum in s tem znižati stroške proizvodnje in predvsem dvignili kakovost delovnega mesta Contact. Dvig kakovosti bi pozitivno vplival na poslovanje celotnega podjetja, kar bi se poznalo pri financah in dvigu konkurenčnosti podjetja.

Secondary abstract:	The thesis presents work place Contact, which is a part of the company Grieshaber Logistika Ltd.. On this work place a lot of waiting and useless time occur. Where is useless time there are also higher costs, so we need to find from where useless time comes from and then using process maps and cause-effect diagram to analyse it. With the help of our knowledge, we find appropriate solutions for the problems, present them and determine their starting investment. In conclusion we have calculated in how much time the investment would pay off, what are the effects of changes and what are the conditions for the introduction. With the proposed solutions, we want to reduce useless time to a minimum and thereby reduce costs of production and improve quality of the work place Contact. Raising the quality would have a positive impact on the operations of the entire company, which would be reflected in finances and raising the competitiveness of the company.
