magistrsko delo
Abstract
Eksperimentalno smo poleg optimizacijskih parametrov preverili tudi vpliv različnih oblik tlorisov stavb in strategij diferencialne evolucije.

OPTIMIZATION OF SETTLEMENTS` LAYOUT REGARDING THEIR SOLAR POTENTIAL |
Secondary abstract: |
In this thesis a method for the optimization of a settlement's layout on a specific area regarding the received solar potential throughout the year is presented. The maximization of a settlement's solar potential is one of the important challenges in the field of urban planning, especially when designing self-sustainable cities. In our application we plan settlements over a 2.5D grid, generated using LiDAR data, which enables us to perform optimization in a real environment. The layout is optimized with a modified differential evolution, while considering parameters of a settlement's design. For every parameter combination a settlement is modelled and evaluated regarding its solar potential. In addition to the optimization parameters, we analysed the influence of various shapes of building's footprint and differential evolution strategies. |
