Abstract

S problemom prevelike porabe goriva se srečujejo v vsakem prevoznem podjetju. Naloga vodstva in pa voznikov pa je, da se znajo s tem spopasti in poiskati optimalne rešitve, ki pripomorejo k čim manjši porabi goriva. V diplomskem delu smo poskušali poiskati rešitev za omenjeni problem. Nam trenutno najbolj dostopen način za zmanjševanje porabe goriva je tečaj varčne vožnje, kjer poskušajo voznika usmeriti v to, kako pravilno voziti, da bo poraba čim manjša. Drugi način, kako zmanjšati preveliko poraba goriva, je motivacija voznikov. Motivacija ima lahko zelo pozitivne učinke na voznike, saj lahko z minimalnim naporom veliko doprinese podjetju na koncu pa tudi vozniku samemu. Tretji način za zmanjševanje prevelike porabe goriva pa so priporočila strokovnjakov, ki so vozila razvijali. Vsak izmed načinov ima svoje prednosti in slabosti, a če ne bomo poskušali najti rešitve, ki je za podjetje najboljša, smo kvečjemu naredili kaj slabega kot pa dobrega za podjetje.

Secondary abstract:	The problem of excessive fuel consumption is encountered in every transport business. The task of leadership and drivers is to know how to deal with this and to find optimal solutions that will contribute to minimizing fuel consumption. In the thesis, we try to find a solution to said problem. The most accessible way currently to reduce fuel consumption is fuel-efficient driving class, where the driver is learning how to drive correctly so the fuel consumption will be reduced. Another way to reduce excessive fuel consumption is by motivating drivers. Motivation can have a positive effect on the drivers, as it can contribute to the company with minimal effort, and also to the driver himself. Third way of reducing fuel consumption is following guidelines set by experts that developed the vehicle. Each of the methods has its own advantages and disadvantages. If we do not try to find the most effective solution we shall create damage rather than progress for the company.
