Abstract

Konkurenca med podjetji v današnjem času je vse večja, zato si podjetja prizadevajo, da bi bili stroški proizvodnje čim manjši. Če želimo to uresničiti, je potrebno poskrbeti, da so tudi stroški transporta med delovnimi mesti minimalni. To lahko dosežemo s pravilno razporeditvijo delovnih mest, vendar je ročno razvrščanje delovnih mest precej zamudno, pa tudi najboljše rešitve ne najdemo vedno. Bistvo magistrskega dela je izdelava programa za samodejno razvrščanje delovnih mest v proizvodnem sistemu. V okolju Microsoft Excel 2013 smo izdelali računalniški program, ki zna delovna mesta v proizvodnem sistemu, glede na stroške transporta med njimi, razmestiti na najboljši možen način. Program deluje na podlagi metode zamenjav, izpisuje stroške pri vsaki posamezni razmestitvi, uporaben pa je za razvrščanje štiri in pet delovnih mest. Velikokrat se znajdemo tudi v situaciji, ko je potrebno razvrstiti več delovnih mest, zato smo se odločili, da izdelamo program, ki bo zmogel tudi to. Izdelali smo ga v programskem okolju Microsoft Visual Studio 2012. Je malo bolj zahteven za uporabo, njegova prednost pa je, da lahko razvrsti poljubno število delovnih mest oziroma toliko, kot jih zmore preračunati naš računalnik.

Secondary abstract: Competition between companies nowadays is increasing and companies strive to make production costs as low as possible. To achieve such results, it is necessary to minimalize transport costs as much as possible. This can be achieved by proper allocation of workplaces, a time-consuming process, which does not always bring the best expected results. The essence of this master thesis is how to produce a programme for automatic workplace classification in the production system. We developed a programme in Microsoft Excel that deploys the optimal solution for workplaces, depending on transportation costs among them. The programme operates on the basis of the workplace exchange method, shows the costs for each individual location deployment and is useful for classifying four or five workplaces. Often we have a situation, where many more workplaces are to be classified, therefore we decided to make a more powerful programme. The programming environment was Microsoft Visual Studio Express 2012. It is a tad more difficult to use, but can classify any number of workplaces – the only real limit being the computer processing capabilities.
