Abstract

V magistrski nalogi sta preizkušena in primerjana dva različna pristopa modeliranja in sicer pristop modeliranja s ploskvami v Cinemi 4D in digitalno kiparjenje v ZBrush. Cilj je bil ugotoviti, v katerem programu bi bilo lažje in hitreje izdelati prepričljiv model človeka. Na podlagi analize 3D modela, slabosti in prednosti obeh pristopov je podan sklep, da je za izdelavo kompleksnega modela človeka primernejši program ZBrush.

Secondary abstract: This thesis presents and compares two different approaches to 3D modeling, one is modeling with subdivision surfaces in Cinema 4D and the other is digital sculpting with ZBrush. The main goal was to find the fastest and the easiest way to create a convincing human model. The conclusion was based on analysis of created virtual human models and on pros and cons for each approach. It was concluded that modeling in ZBrush is better approach to create a detailed 3D human model.
