Abstract

Magistrsko delo obravnava koncipiranje in zasnovo težkega členkastega transporterja, ki je namenjen transportiranju velikih količin materiala, in sicer do 40.000 kg/h. V magistrski nalogi so opisani obstoječi sistemi in njihove pomanjkljivosti, na podlagi katerih so nastali konceptne ideje in zahtevnik. Prikazani so preračuni za najpomembnejše elemente transporterja ter preglednice, na podlagi katerih smo izbrali posamezne elemente. S pomočjo 3D programskega paketa Autodesk Inventor Professional smo zmodelirali vse posamezne elemente in jih povezali v celoto. Predstavljena sta procesa proizvodnje in montaže idejnega produkta. Na koncu je prikazana stroškovna analiza celotnega projekta. Rezultati, predstavljeni v magistrskem delu, so bili uporabljeni za izdelavo dejanskega težkega členkastega transporterja.

Secondary abstract: The master thesis deals with conception and design of heavy knuckle conveyor, which is designed to transport large quantities of material to maximum 40.000 kg/h. The thesis describes existing systems and their deficiencies, which were the basis for creation of conceptual ideas and the requestor. In master thesis calculations and tables for the most important parts of the heavy knuckle conveyor are represented and are the basis for the chosen elements. Using 3D software package Autodesk Inventor Professional, we have modeled all the individual elements and connected them together. Processes of the production and installation of the conceptual product are presented. At the end, cost analysis of the entire project is shown. The results, presented in the thesis, have been used for the manufacture of the actual heavy knuckle conveyor.
