Abstract
Magistrsko delo obsega raziskovanje managementa v pogojih globalizacije. Njegova vloga v podjetju se je skozi čas izjemno spremenila. Izzivi, s katerimi se soočajo managerji, so korenitejši za podjetja in z ustrezno implementacijo sprememb, ki jih povzroča globalizacija, lahko podjetje dosega izjemne rezultate.
Preučili smo proces globalizacije, njene vzroke in povezavo z managementom. V globalizaciji smo našli vzrok, da je danes vsak posameznik vključen v tok informacij, denarja in izdelkov. Podali smo predloge za izboljšanje delovanje managementa in prav tako smo preučili delovanje managementa sprememb, ki ga tudi vidimo kot morebitno rešitev. Osredotočili smo se na raziskovanje zunanjih vplivov na sodobne pogoje poslovanja podjetij. V ta namen smo se osredotočili na pomen globalizacije in managementa za podjetja v Sloveniji kot izhodišče za delovanje sodobnega managementa in le-te ugotovitve skušali na konkretnem primeru tudi analizirati.
S pomočjo globinskega intervjuja z generalnim direktorjem in managerjem podjetja Reflex Gornja Radgona in analize napisanega in preučevanega smo podali ugotovitve, ki bi lahko izboljšale delovanje managementa v podjetju in tudi v ostalih organizacijah, kjer je bilo širjenje podjetja na tuje trge neizogibno. Delujejo v panogi, ki jo je kriza najbolj prizadela, ampak jih to ni ustavilo. Pravijo, da so se ji prilagodili in poiskali nove možnosti za ustvarjanje prihodkov. Zato je njihovo vodstvo usmerjeno v aktivno vodenje in management v nenehno prilagajanje in spreminjanje.
Na podlagi obravnavanih podatkov smo prišli do sklepa, da globalizacija prinaša ugodne učinke podjetjem. Od managementa in vodstva pa zahteva nenehno sledenje in aktivno vodenje. Pestijo jih predvsem težave, ki so vezane na gospodarsko aktivnost. Izpostavili bi samo administrativne ovire in pa nespodbuden davčni sistem, ki obenem onemogoča sistem nagrajevanj in sodelovanj zaposlenih pri dobičku. Slovensko gospodarstvo pa je predvsem usmerjeno v trge EU, zato menimo, da tudi ta predpostavka ovira hitrejšo rast podjetij. Management mora dvigniti dodano vrednost zaposlenih, kljub nespodbudnemu poslovnemu okolju, ter se aktivno vključiti v mednarodno poslovanje.

The main thesis of master thesis comprises research management in conditions of globalization. His role in the company is extremely changed over time. The challenges faced by managers are more drastic for the company and with proper implementation of the changes caused by globalization, the company achieves exceptional results. We have studied the process of globalization, its causes and its connection with management. In the globalization, we found the cause, why is almost all population involved in the flow of information, money and products. We have given suggestions for improving the functioning of the management and we also examine the functioning of management changes, which is also seen as a possible solution. Our focuse was on the exploration of external influences on the contemporary conditions of business enterprises and the management of companies in Slovenia as a starting point for the operation of modern management.
Through in-depth interview with the general director and the manager of Reflex Gornja Radgona and analysis which have we studied, we made findings that could improve the functioning of the management of the company. They are doing business in sector, where the global crisis made the most influince, but that did not stop them. They say that it adjust and find new opportunities to generate revenue. Therefore, their leadership focused on active leadership and management which is constantly adapting and changing.
Based on the present data, we made the conclusion that globalization brings positive effects on companies. For businesses, big problems are in discouraging entrepreneurial environment. Slovenian economy is mainly focused on the EU markets, which is why we believe that this assumption is also impede faster growth. Management must raise value-added employees, despite not conducive business environment, and starting actively involving in international business. |
