Abstract

V magistrskem delu je podana primerjava pogojev, ki jim je treba zadostiti v Republiki Hrvaški in v Republiki Sloveniji za priključitev proizvodne naprave (elektrarne), ki uporabljajo obnovljive vire energije kot primarni vir energije, na distribucijsko omrežje električne energije. Informacije so povzete iz zakonov in zakonskih aktov obeh držav. V delu je podan tudi povzetek standarda SIST-EN 50160, na podlagi katerega se meri in vrednoti kakovost električne energije ter vpliv proizvodnih naprav na kakovost električne energije v električnem omrežju. V skladu s tem standardom je bila v praktičnem delu magistrskega dela izvedena meritev kakovosti proizvedene električne energije iz sončne elektrarne UM FERI, ki se nahaja na dvorišču Fakultete za elektrotehniko, računalništvo in informatiko Univerze v Mariboru.

Secondary abstract: The master thesis describes and compares the requirements that must be fulfilled in the Republic of Croatia and in the Republic of Slovenia for the connection of electricity production systems (power plants), based on renewable energy sources (RES) as the primary source of energy, to the electricity distribution network. Data were abstracted from the related laws and acts of the two aforementioned countries. A summary of the standard SIST EN-50160, used for power quality measurement and evaluation, is presented. Under this standard, the practical part of the master thesis, focused on the power quality measuremnts at the solar power plant UM FERI, located in the courtyard parking of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science in Maribor, is performed.
