Secondary abstract: | Work in a profesional kitchen is very intens and stresfull. Meals must be prepared fast and taste good. A quality combi steam oven is of great help. It's main feature is the possibility of cooking, baking and a combination of the two, which enables top quality meal preparation. Our studied company has decided to buy a new combi steam oven. To make the right choice we used the computer programs for multi-attribute decision making - DEXi and Verdana. We chose amongst five different combi steam ovens. According to there needs we defined the criteria upon which we made our decision model. This way we choose the best possible combisteam oven. |
