Abstract

Namen diplomske naloge je razviti sistem pretvorbe CNC programa v format, ki ga razume robot ACMA XR 701 do mere, da ga bo mogoče uporabljati s povprečnim znanjem operaterja CNC tehnologij. Na začetku diplomske naloge so na splošno opisani industrijski roboti, ki se uporabljajo v praksi. Opisan je tudi robot ACMA XR 701. Drugi del diplomske naloge je posvečen postopku modeliranja ter pridobitev CNC programa iz programa Siemens NX 8.5 ter njegova pretvorba v programu Microsoft Excel, ki je podrobno opisana.

Secondary abstract: The purpose of this thesis is to develop a conversion of a CNC program into a format acceptable for robot ACMA XR 701 so far, that it can be used with an average knowledge of a CNC technologies operator. At the beginning of the thesis, general information is given about industrial robots that are used in practice. There is also information about the robot ACMA XR 701. The second part of the thesis is devoted to the process of modelling and acquisition of a CNC program, developed by the program Siemens NX 8.5 and its conversion with Microsoft Excel, which is described in detail.
