Secondary abstract: | Using a deductive approach, the thesis states the reasons for the financial crisis. This is followed by the presentation of the spread of the phenomenon of financial crisis and its (in)direct consequences from its "epicentre" to Europe and Slovenia. In this context the broadening of the influence and consequences of the financial crisis on the European as well as Slovenian economy is highlighted, with emphasis on analysing the impact of the financial crisis on the sales of vehicles in Slovenia. The thesis also covers the different ways of crisis management in Europe and Slovenia and offers the overview of certain guidelines and measures to strengthen the Slovenian automotive industry and its market in the future. |
