(magistrsko delo)
Abstract
Opisali smo podrobno zgradbo maščobnih celic (adipocitov) in uratnih celic (urocitov).
Metodologija raziskovanja. Pri pisanju teoretične podlage magistrske naloge smo si pomagali z ustreznimi objavami različnih avtorjev in s spletnimi viri. Lastne podatke za izvedbo magistrske naloge smo pridobili z laboratorijskim delom.
Rezultati. Ob koncu prezimovanja so bili v celicah maščobnega telesa prisotni posamezni avtofagosomi, drugih avtofagnih struktur nismo videli.
Sklep.

THE STRUCTURE OF THE FAT BODY IN SCOLIOPTERYX LIBATRIX DURING OVERWINTERING |
Secondary abstract: |
In master's thesis we were investigating the structure of fat's body by Herald moth Scoliopteryx libatrix during overwintering. We described the ultrastructure of adypocites and urocytes. We represented the research methodology and the obtained results.
Research methodology. By writing of theoretical foundation of master's thesis we helped us with already written appropriate references of different authors and websites. We obtained the particulars, which were needed for the preparation of the practical work for master's thesis with field and laboratory work.
Results. In the fat's body S.libatrix there are more aypocites then urocytes. Between the beginning and the end of overwintering we noticed the changes in structure of both types of cells. Average size of lipid droplets in adypocites were reduced during overwintering. By males there were 19 % lipids in november while by females 27 %, at the end of overwintering however by males 8 % and by feramels 9 %. At the beginning of overwintering autophagy structures were not seen in the cells of the fat's body S.libatrix, at the end of overwinterin there were just a few. At the end of overwintering individual autophagosomes were presented in cells of the fat's body, other autophagy structures were not seen.
Conclusion. During the overwintering there are no differences in the structure of fat body in S. libatrix. In the fat body of S. libatrix predominate cells are adypocites, urocytes are less numerous. In adypocites there are more lipid droplets before the overwintering than at the end of it. By females there were more lipids in november than by males and they were consumed faster until the end of overwintering. During the overwintering the autophagic structures are rarely present. We observed autophagosomes, other autophagy structures were not seen. |
