Pogostost razjede zaradi pritiska pri hospitaliziranih bolnikih ter pomen preprečevanja nastanka

Abstract

Razjeda zaradi pritiska predstavlja velik zdravstveni, socialni ter ekonomski problem pri ogroženih bolnikih. Zdravstveno osebje se pri svojem delu velikokrat sreča z napredovalimi razjedami zaradi pritiska. Zato smo želeli v diplomskem delu predstaviti razjedo zaradi pritiska, njene vzroke, preventivo in oskrbo. V raziskovalnem delu pa ugotoviti kakšna je pojavnost razjede skozi leto v Bolnišnici ter v kakšni telesni kondiciji so bolniki, pri katerih se razjeda zaradi pritiska pojavi.

Secondary abstract:	Pressure ulcer represents a major health, social and economic problem for the patients at risk. Healthcare professionals are often faced with severe cases of pressure ulcer, therefore in this graduation thesis we wanted to present the pressure ulcer, its causes, prevention and care and, in the research work, determine, with the real data, what is the incidence of ulcer throughout the year in Hospital where it occurs more frequently and in what physical condition are the patients with ulcer.
