diplomsko delo visokošolskega študijskega programa
Abstract
V diplomski nalogi smo prikazali starejšo stanovanjsko hišo, katere problem predstavljajo prevelike energijske izgube.

ENERGY-EFFICIENT RENOVATION OF SINGLE FAMILY HOUSE IN ROGAŠKA SLATINA |
Secondary abstract: |
Energy efficiency is becoming increasingly important in planning of new and renovating of old residential buildings. Even proper planning of thermal insulation of the construction layers of the building’s sheath can heavily contribute to this. Due to constant depletion of stocks of non-renewable energy sources, we can expect further rising of energy prices in the future. The solution can be sought in measures to reduce energy use as well as in the use of renewable energy sources, where both of these contribute to the reduction of negative impacts on the environment.
Thermal insulation in new buildings is satisfactory, a bigger problem represent old buildings that are poorly insulated or do not even have thermal insulation.
In the thesis we presented an older residential building with the problem of excessive energy losses. On the case of the residential house we presented an analysis of energy flows before and after the suggested renovation. The renovation proposal was in phase one directed towards meeting minimal criteria of the Rules on efficient use of energy in buildings (PURES 2, 2010), concerning the thermal sheath of the building, and in addition towards reaching the energy standard C, required by the Rules on the methodology for the production and issuance of energy performance certificates for buildings (2014). |
