Abstract
BIM tehnologija se hitro širi v gradbeništvu saj zagotavlja višjo kakovost v časovni in stroškovni optimizaciji gradnje, kar je v trenutni gospodarski krizi zelo pomembno. Vsaka izguba, tako finančna kot časovna, predstavlja v razviti industriji gradbeništva tveganje in nekonkurenčnost, zato v tujini mnogi investitorji zahtevajo uporabo BIM tehnologije.
V diplomskem delu sem, kot primer rabe tehnologije BIM, izdelal informacijski model enodružinske hiše. Gre za enostavno dve-etažno hišo s skupno neto površino 279,33 m2. Uporabil sem orodja BIM za izdelavo model zgradbe 3D in ga nadgradil z dodatnima dimenzijama časa (4D) ter stroškovne
ocene (5D).
Geometrijski in parametrični model elementov objekta sem izdelal s programom ArchiCAD, z uporabo katerega sem dobil natančne izvlečke količin materiala in vizualizacijo modela. S pomočjo ArchiCAD-ovega modela sem v programu Vico Control izdelal še lokalno-optimiziran terminski plan
(4D) in stroškovno oceno (5D) modela.
Terminski plan sem uporabil tudi za izdelavo virtualne simulacije,ki sem jo izdelal s pomočjo dodatka za ArchiCAD »Construction Simulator«. Opravil sem še dodatne preverbe usklajenosti konstrukcijskih elementov v pregledovalnikih Tekla BIM sight, Solibri Model Viewer in Naviswork Manage 2014. Vsi uporabljeni pregledovalniki so del tehnologije BIM in podpirajo uporabo istega
interoperabilnega modela.

BIM technology is rapidly expanding in the construction industry as it provides a higher quality in time and cost of work optimization, which in the current economic crisis is very important. Any loss, both financial and time represents a development risk and lack of competitiveness in the construction industry, which is why many foreign investors demand the use of BIM technology.
In the thesis I produced an information model of single-family home as an example of the use of BIM technology. It is a simple two-storey house with a total net area of 279.33 m2. I used BIM tools for making a model 3D of the building and upgraded it with additional time dimensions (4D) and cost estimates (5D).
The geometric and parametric model of the object I designed with ArchiCAD, using which I got the exact extracts quantities of material and design visualization. Using ArchiCAD BIM model in program Vico Control I produced a local-optimized schedule (4D) and cost estimate (5D) model.
I also used time schedule to produce virtual simulation by adding "Construction Simulator", which is an add-on of ArchiCAD.I passed further harmonization of verification of structial elements in the viewers: Tekla BIM sight, Solibri Model Viewer and Manage Naviswork 2014. All the viewers are part of the BIM technology and support interoperable use of the same model. |
