magistrsko delo
Abstract
V magistrskem delu sem obdelala temo gospodarjenja z vozišči na delu omrežja državnih cest; oblikovala sem modele propadanja in katalog ukrepov, uredila in vnesla razpoložljive podatke o cestah, stanju vozišč in prometu, izdelala aplikacijo s programsko opremo dTIMS, prikazala odvisnost stanja vozišč od višine vloženih sredstev v obnove v obdobju 2015 do 2030 in pripravila 15-letni plan obnov ob izbranem proračunskem scenariju, ki zagotavlja postopno izboljševanje stanja vozišč.

Introduction of a pavement management system using dTIMS software |
Secondary abstract: |
With diminished investment in pavement rehabilitation, systematic pavement management systems (PMS) are becoming increasingly important. These help manage tasks for maintaining pavements in a condition acceptable to road users, while ensuring optimal costs for the manager to maintain such a condition.
In my master's thesis I analysed the field of pavement management on a part of state roads; I developed deterioration models and a treatments catalogue, I edited and entered available information on roads, pavement condition and traffic, developed an application with dTIMS software, displayed the dependence of the pavement condition on the amount of funds invested in rehabilitation in the period 2015 to 2030 and prepared a 15-year rehabilitation plan at a selected budget scenario, which ensures the gradual improvement of pavement condition.
The emphasis is on the presentation of flexibility of the dTIMS software to adapt to the user's requirements and on deterioration models, which I have developed from existing multi-annual data or derived from foreign literature. Applying them on the main state road network, I tested their adequacy.
Practical applicability of my master’s thesis the presentation of the impact of limited resources for rehabilitation of pavements to the pavement condition, which gives the operator strong arguments to justify the necessary funds, and detailed rehabilitation plan with concrete proposals of rehabilitation measures, their costs and year of execution for individual road segments. |
