Abstract
V diplomskem delu sem določala strupenost triazolov za enocelično zeleno algo Pseudokirchneriella subcapitata in določila vrednosti ErC50 in NOEC. Za določanje sem uporabila standardno metodo OECD 201, pri čemer sem kulturo enoceličnih zelenih alg v času eksponentne rasti za 72 ur izpostavila različnim koncentracijam izbranih triazolov. ErC50 in NOEC vrednosti sem izračunala iz podatkov poskusa in ugotovila, da so v skladu s sicer redkimi podatki iz literature. Dobljene rezultate sem ovrednotila in jih razvrstila v skladu s kemijsko zakonodajo REACH oziroma s pomočjo Uredbe o razvrščanju, označevanju in pakiranju kemikalij (CLP) ter ugotovila, da niti eden izmed obravnavanih triazolov ne predstavlja akutne, torej kratkotrajne nevarnosti za algo Pseudokirchneriella subcapitata. Večina obravnavanih triazolov spada v kategorijo kroničnosti 2 z 72 urnim ErC50 med 1 in 10 mg/l.

In the diploma thesis a study was performed for determining triazoles toxicity on single-cell green alga Pseudokirchneriella subcapitata. For determination of ErC50 and NOEC values standard method OECD 201 was used, where a culture of unicellular green algae during exponential growth was exposed to various concentrations of selected triazoles for 72 hours. ErC50 and NOEC values were calculated from experimental data and found that they are in accordance with the scarce literature data. The results were further evaluated and classified in accordance with the chemical legislation REACH, by using the Regulation on Classification, Labelling and Packaging of substances (CLP) and found that none of the selected triazoles represents an acute, i.e. short-term risk to algae Pseudokirchneriella subcapitata. The majority of the selected triazoles fall into the category of chronic toxicity 2 with their 72 hours ErC50 between 1 and 10 mg/l. |
