Izboljšava procesa skladiščenja v podjetju Acron d. o. o.

Abstract

Osnovni namen magistrske naloge je prikazati in analizirati pomen in vlogo skladišča in skladiščnega poslovanja ter razvoj logistike v podjetju Acron, d. o. o. Temeljna naloga skladiščne službe je prevzemanje, spremljanje, varovanje in izdajanje blaga. Poleg vseh teh nalog pa skladiščna služba ureja tudi vso dokumentacijo, ki je povezana s prevzemom in izdajo blaga. Zaradi težnje po racionalnosti in ekonomičnem poslovanju morajo biti skladišča na čim bolj ustrezni lokaciji, objekti pa morajo biti takšni, da na najbolj učinkovit način koristijo svojemu namenu. Razpored blaga v skladišču mora biti popolnoma pregleden, zahtevani materiali hitro dosegljivi, prav tako pa morajo biti izpolnjeni tudi vsi varnostni pogoji in ukrepi. V praktičnem delu magistrske naloge sem predstavila podjetje Acron, d. o. o., in pomen skladiščne funkcije ter logistike v današnjem času tudi za druga podjetja. Na podlagi lastnih izkušenj in opazovanj sem predstavila dejavnosti logistike in skladiščnega poslovanja, z opisom skladišč in predlogi za hitrejšo pripravo blaga oz. komisioniranje.

Secondary abstract:	The main purpose of this master's thesis is to present and analyse the purpose and the role of storage, the business of storage and the development of logistics at the company Acron d. o. o. The basic function of the storage service is accepting, tracking, securing and handing over the goods. Apart from all these functions the storage service fills in all the documentation that is connected with accepting and handing over the goods. Due to rationality and economy of operation the storage facilities must be located at the most convenient location and the buildings have to most effectively facilitate its purpose. The position of goods in the storage has to be completely transparent, the required materials have to be reachable in an instant and all the security conditions have to be met. In the practical part of this master's thesis I have presented the company Acron d. o. o. and the purpose of storage function and the logistics nowadays also for the other companies. On the basis of personal experiences and observations I have presented the activities of logistics and storage business, the description of storage buildings and some suggestions for a faster preparation of goods namely commissioning.
