diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija Organizacija in management delovnih procesov
Abstract
Teoretični del diplomskega dela zajema delitev podjetij v Sloveniji po velikosti, pri čemer smo se osredotočili na skupne značilnosti malih in srednjih podjetij. Analizirali smo dejavnost operativnega managementa, ki ga sestavljata nižji in srednji management. Pri operativnem managementu smo navedli štiri temeljne funkcije managementa (planiranje, organiziranje, vodenje in kontroliranje) in vlogo operativnega managementa pri opravljanju funkcij podjetja (kadrovski management, proizvodni management, projektni management itd.).
Rdeča nit empiričnega dela je analiza strokovnosti in vodenja operativnega managementa v malih in srednjih podjetjih na Gorenjskem. Pri tem smo si pomagali z raziskavo. Raziskava se je nanašala na proučevanje področja vodenja kadrov, razvoja in modernizacije, marketinga in vloge operativnega managementa. Rezultati raziskave so pokazali, da v analiziranih malih in srednjih podjetjih znotraj operativnega managementa prevladuje moški spol, ki ima tudi ustrezne izkušnje glede na delovno dobo in največkrat srednješolsko izobrazbo. Operativni management v analiziranih malih in srednjih podjetjih na Gorenjskem je najuspešnejši na področju marketinga, najšibkejši pa na področju vodenja in upravljanja.

The theoretical part of the thesis sorts companies in Slovenia bi size, focusing on the common features of small and medium-sized companies. We analysed the activity of operations management, which consists of shop-floor management and middle management. As for operations management, we outlined its four basic functions (planning, organisation, leadership and control) and its role in performing functions in a company (human resource management, production management, project management etc.).
The empirical part of the thesis revolved around the analysis of competence in operations management in small and medium-sized companies in the Gorenjska region. It is based on a research. The research examined the area of human resource management, development and modernisation, marketing and the role of operations management. The results indicated that operations management in the small and medium-sized companies in question is dominated by men with adequate experience relative to their length of service who had usually finished secondary education. |
